Return Policy

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions.

  • An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
  • Any accessories like boxers, Jewellery, Bags are not applicable for exchange.
  • Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
  • If your purchase doesn’t meet our return criteria still feel free to reach us for more information. We’ll be happy to hear from you. You may contact us via email athelp@greenavakado.com or call our customer care at +91 977 00 00 389 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Exchange Procedure

  • If your purchase meets ourreturn criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery to raise the exchange or return request with the following information: -
    Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
  • We don’t offer reverse pick-up. Please ensure that you send the product back to us through a reliable courier service. Youreturn must be unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
  • Once the unused product is received at our end, our team conducts a quality check, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
  • You can then use the credit note to place a new order and choose the correct size. The credit note will be valid for a year from the date of issuance.
  • If your purchase is eligible for a free returnor exchange as explained above, the credit note will also include the proportionate shipping charge. Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of credit note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.
  • Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of special pricing.
  • Replacements will be offered based on availability of product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a credit note.
  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same.
  • House and Home products can be returned only in case of a genuine quality defect.
  • Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase, and in case you are confused about your size, do write to us at help@greenavakado.com or call us.
